Booking, Deposit and Payment Policy.

Sessions at Metrosonic are booked on a first come first serve basis. Your booking is confirmed with the receipt of your deposit. Deposits are refundable at the discretion of management. Booked sessions may be re-scheduled without penalty up to 14 days prior to the booking date, and less than 14 days (without penalty) at management's discretion. Unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance, full payment of your balance is due at the end of the session. Any masters, tapes, files or media from a session can be released only after full payment has been received. Your final payment and/or possession of session masters, media or files constitutes acceptance of services rendered and approval for that portion of the project. For sessions operated by client's engineer (& not Metrosonic staff), the client assumes all responsibility for any equipment damaged through misuse or inappropriate application.

Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your request to not receive future email to info@metrosonic.net. Please include the words "Email Opt-Out" in your email subject line.
